The Band Boosters are responsible for the concessions at every home football and basketball game (Freshmen, JV & Varsity) and for chaperoning all band events. We ask that all parents of band and flag corps members volunteer to work these games either in the concession stands or as chaperones a minimum of two games and as much as they are able beyond that. Since the band does not play at JV and Freshmen football games or at basketball games, we are asking each band and flag corps student to volunteer to work as well. to be put on the schedule. Please be generous with your time and thank you for volunteering!

All chaperones for band events must be a parent or legal guardian or grandparent of a current band student. It is prohibited for chaperones to smoke for the duration of any school sponsored function or trip. Please read the Notes for Band Chaperones. This is an important list of duties to ensure the safety of our band members and ensure that the students and equipment arrive where needed.

Families can earn up to 10% discounts for band camp, depending on the number of volunteer hours have been completed. 10 to 20 hours earns you a 5% discount and anything over 20 hours earns you a 10% discount. If your student stays after school on game days, they are not supervised. Mr. Thomas does not arrive until 30 minutes before sit down time.
